A range for the common folk. Safe, casual and apolitical. They are professional and polite too. My favorite range.

Can't argue with a free range. But I appreciate that this place is clean, and the rangemaster knows his job (and does it well). Been back twice now and I intend to make a habit of it.

The range is alright, the guy running it, not so much. They took away the steel targets from all but the most "extreme" ranges. The reason being "safety" which might have been understandable if it was after an incident. However, the reasoning behind their decision is vague at best and full of logic plot holes. I'm also not so convinced about this emphasis on safety because when I received the range safety brief it was at 140 words per minute. The guy actually had to stop and take a breath before he passed out. When he was done he was out of breath. But you can have this experience only on days when the stars align and the hours posted online are true. Otherwise when you check online and see the range will be open by the time you get there you're greeted by a cardboard sign reading closed. Hope you follow the range on Facebook because that seems to be the only communication they deem necessary.
