As a complete beginner with only prior gun research, I spent some time in their shop today. Trent helped me out. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He taught me which guns as a lefty would work best for me based on my budget and preferences. He had a lot of patience as I hardly held a gun before. He walked me through how to safely handle each gun, and I learned so much. All employees around me were friendly too and willing to chime in. The experience makes me want to come back and take a gun instruction course. And maybe buy a gun.

Wade’s Eastside Guns is hands down one of my favorite range & gun shops in the area. Shooting Range: The customer service here is excellent. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to make great recommendations on firearms and ammo depending on what you’re looking to try. As a lifetime member who shoots 2–3 times a week, I’ve really appreciated the way they go above and beyond and even letting me try certain firearms from their own collection when the rental counter didn’t have what I was looking for. Special shoutout to P.J. for consistently making my range experiences top-notch. Pro Shop: The same level of service carries over to the sales side. Every staff member I’ve interacted with not only knows their stuff, but clearly has a passion for the profession and the sport. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and never pushy. I appreciate that when something isn’t in their wheelhouse, they’re upfront and will recommend another business rather than try to oversell. Special shoutout to Corey, Christopher, and Trent for giving me great deals and services on some of the best firearms I currently own. Overall, Wade’s is a place where both beginners and seasoned shooters will feel welcome and supported. Highly recommend them for both the range and the shop!

Wade's Pro Shop in Bellevue excels. Over the years, I've worked with Corey Rinaldi, Trent Yamada and Rugger Kelton. Consistent, informative, thorough, experienced and PATIENT..despite being busy. Generally, this shop is a little expensive but in my opinion, TRUST and salient information makes the visit much more than worth it. Thanks guys!

Let me be blunt — the staff at your shop are arrogant, condescending, and act like they’ve got a monopoly on knowledge. Your prices on anything firearm-related are a joke — pure exploitation. You’re not supporting the 2A community; you’re bleeding it dry. The way you treat customers is disgraceful, and it’s clear you care more about your ego than the people walking through your doors. Frankly, I hope your business tanks — because the community deserves better than this garbage.

The staff are all friendly and helpful explaining at both side in the shop and at the range desk. Cory inside the shop has been always great I've seen him few times over few months and he's been always helpful explaining with a smile, he's is a good sales man as well. Ben. Thanks.
