Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I love that you can rent a variety of guns to try and swap them out as many times as you want! Trying to find the right gun(s) for my partner so it’s helpful to try several out and the option to buy one once we find the right fit is great.

I wanted to express how impressed and how much I enjoyed my private lesson at West Coast Armory Bellevue. Scheduling and catering to my request was great and my instructor Erik S. was beyond my expectations (if you are able to book him - do it!), very professional and personable and I learned far more than I anticipated I would. So good. Highly recommend.

Purchased Glock with optics and upgraded sites. Friendly staff, and I’ve purchased here before. Arrived 3 weeks later post receiving notification days ago that it was ready to be picked up. Staff present gun as purchased and upon getting ready to sign for it I have to tell them that the upgraded sites that were purchased or not on the gun. Competent? Then, it appears that they did not order sites and possibly may have re-ordered them after the notification date that I was to pick up the gun. I am concerned about competence and customer service and if you are relying on a professional team to ensure your safety by supplying the right tool as promised by “x” date you may want to go to a different vendor. I have had zero notifications of any delays and I’m concerned about their ability to check their own work or know their own products.

My daughter and I went here for shooting lessons. Adam is an amazing instructor. He was focused on safety and gave easy to follow instructions to develop my daughter’s accuracy and comfort with firearms. It was a great experience and we will be back!
