DONT GOT HERE IF YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT GUNS. They claim to be the cheapest till you actually look at other stores and find cheaper options (used or brand new) . The gave me false information on certain weapons I brought up (probably because they did not sell them) . The want to say we cant go any lower on the price because of the gun range membership that comes with the gun(WELL I DID NOT ASK FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AND IM DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO USE IT) . Kevin guns, Academy sports, cabelas, Even some pawn shops will be a WAYYYYYY BETTER OPTION. The selection is a 3/10 then mix that with being over priced there is no reason to go here. JUST GO IN LOOK AT THE PRICE OF A GUN THEN LOOK UP THE GUN ONLINE AND YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF. Please don't waste your time or Money here .

They are very over priced. 400 to 500 dollars over prices. Also the range is over priced. Literally the worst decision I ever made going here. Literally I bought 3 guns from here and other places sold it for cheaper across the board.

I hate going here. I stopped by for the second time because I needed something immediately. The place has the worst, uninviting, pretentious feel to it. Salesperson wouldn't allow me to open the box to see what was inside after we tried, both of us, to figure it out based on the description. They asked for my ID and manually entered it all into their computer when I was buying targets and air rifle pellets. Their description as to why left me confused. I got a work call while I was shopping and the salesperson hovered over me. Dude, get a clue. They also don't have paper targets because "they have them downstairs in their shooting range". I'm sorry. I guess I thought that targets were a "shooting supply". Do I sound bitter? I am. Because that how this place makes you feel when you go there, hoping to find what you need and to give them your money.

Absolutely terrible experience. Long story short im from out of town I came in to shoot my rifle. Their employee (Chris) ask to see my rifle. Chris did check nor clear the rifle before examining it. In the process he an accidental discharge happened. No one was hurt just fragile egos. I ask do I need to fill out an accident report they said yes an immediately A GUY OVER THE PHONE ASK (Steve) is it an he an SBR before I made it upstairs to speak with (STEVE) I met Steve and he took my property without my permission and demanded to to see my permit for my weapon! I said you are not the ATF and im here to sign an accident report and leave. He would not give me my weapon. Steve called the ATF! And the local police department simply because his ego was hurt. He told me i had to show him paperwork to get my gun back!!!! He did not ask me if I was ok and assumed I did it! He try to drill me with questions. Like "Why you have a loaded gun in your case?" Are you a felony? Even the local police department says he was screwing me over. Now i have to drive back 5 hours just to get my gun back. Steve is an example of im embarrass an i have to take the spotlight off of me. And than proceeded as if he was doing the right thing.. Me being apart an involved with the 2A community I was extremely disappointed. I will reaching out to them through advisement, and to also have someone look into there training with employees.

Hello, I’m a young guy that loves to buy guns. Everyone in there is an amazing help. I have now purchased a 308 AR, A sight and a hand stop for it along with a 12 Gauge Bonelli Semi Automatic shotgun. Both of my experiences have been great!!! The guys here have a huge passion for guns and their pricing is very fair. I asked for help and was immediately asked great questions, “what is your price range” “what are you looking for”, then after they guided me to what I wanted not what they wanted to sell me. Everything that they have sold to me has been super high quality and preformed just the way they said it would. They are super cool guys and talking with them is awesome. I bring all my friends to this store because the workers are not “salesman” they are just a couple of guys that love guns. They have a wonderful indoor range. I have seen a some poor reviews on this place, majority being felons (just don’t try to buy a gun you are not allowed to) and people about the payment process I have had 3 different payment process 4 being today and not 1 single problem and my process is by far the hardest because I am 19, (10 day mandatory waiting period). I also have noticed they are very organized they kept all my things in the same place and didn’t move them until my 10 days was up. I called them because I wanted to know when I could get my gun. They had the day and their hours ready within the minute. So some of these poor reviews I would say they’re not the brightest individuals, this is a very professional place and when a very professional place takes professional safety seriously some people are bothered, (That’s absolutely insane). I love this place and would never take my gun business anywhere else and all my buddy’s said the same. Thanks for all the help Metro shooting staff yall are great!
