George was our group instructor, what a great guy, very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to have guide us.

No issues, pretty straightforward and enjoyable place. We came in, each rented a shotgun (~$11ea) and paid for 2 rounds of trap shooting, and two of us paid for ammo, but you're welcome to bring your own everything. The instructions were easy to follow, a guide was with us, and I felt safe. We shot 5 shells per station (5 stations) for practicing from different positions and angles.

Did not have a good beginner experience here even though they claim to be open to beginners. We told the man at the desk and the young guy working at our station multiple times that none of the three of us had ever even shot a gun before. No safety guidelines or any guidelines at all were given. It was explained to me how to hold the gun but I then had to explain it to the two other people I was with even though I had literally never held a gun before and the employee did not try to help explain. Ended up enjoying the activity of trap shooting in general but was pretty confused the whole time and ultimately felt pretty unsafe. Edit to say that we called to tell the man at the desk about our experience and he said we should have booked a private lesson if that’s what we wanted. We didn’t want a lesson we just wanted basic information. He did not suggest private lessons when we got there and told them we were complete beginners.

Great place for beginners. Joseph was awesome at teaching the basic movements to get it going.
