WONDERFUL experience as a first timer. I have never been to an indoor shooting range nor have I ever actually shot a hand gun. Julio helped me so much. He has been working there for 18 years and his compassion knowledge and extra advice really made me a true advocate for proper gun handling. I am so looking forward to returning and learning more. I highly recommend this place and was shocked to read such poor reviews. Not my experience at all! GO you will not be disappointed.

Came here to shop for archery equipment but archery staff had already left. The store looked like it had a decent selection of archery equipment and even an ok indoor archery range. The shop seems definitely more geared towards gun enthusiasts. I felt treated like a nuisance for just looking around a bit and making a few inquiries about archery equipment. I was going to buy some stuff but ultimately left empty handed because it didn't seem like the manager cared about my business. I don't think I will be bringing my archery equipment (or guns) there for service in the future.

We had a great day at the Range. My girlfriend was looking to trade in her EDC For something newer. We did some shooting with the rental pistols to see what she might like. Leon helped her out in choosing a new pistol (which we purchased). He was absolutely wonderful to work with. His questions helped her hone in on the perfect match for her. THANK YOU, LEON!!!!! The counter staff was also great in giving her a fair trade in deal with her previous pistol. Overall I would recommend them 10 out of 10!! It was a great experience.

Horrible customer service with multiple employees who do not know the policies in place. Waste of time.
