Very Racist!!! Came into the store to transfer a handgun I bought for my daughter for her birthday.Which was in my name, she was currently out of town when I bought it for her. Me and my daughter asked a question about a question that was on application. Immediately the guy behind the counter got mad. Ask for the owner he try to snatch the application being rude. Owner did nothing !!!!! Will not be back.

Normally i don’t give bad reviews. But i was loyal customer, First time coming here me some friends went through the staff entrance by mistake, we were treated with disrespect & they were judgmental about it until i announced that i was there to pick up a handgun. They charge a transfer fee of $120, Background check is $80. I normally go to the range here often. Gun rentals are free on Fridays. Prices are very reasonable especially for 1 person or so i thought. When you violate their policy it doesn’t matter what you think you did or didn’t do or if it was an accident you will get kicked out i imagine its due to safety concerns as with any range. No face mask no rapid fire even “Bump firing” which sounds like a binary or a switch which is illegal by federal law, is illegal in their eyes. Even when you didn’t is understandable as is not acceptable whatsoever in any range & i’ve had no issue with leaving. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES! Normally they give a card which they then mark it for each person every time you go to the range, The 10th day is free, the day i went would’ve made it free with the amount of people i went with but they did not mark it that day. My day was fantastic until i was faced with this amount of disrespect. This i had an issue with & did not sit right with me that day as i was loyal customer. Ive threatened to call the police then after i was told “You can stay & shoot” I ended up leaving & i will never be coming back. There is no professionalism whatsoever. If you come here you will be treated accordingly.

Was a loyal customer after many good experiences here, but will not be returning anymore. Had the worst customer service experience of my life here. Completely unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the product they are selling. On top of this, I walk in and the very first thing I smell at the front door is marijuana, not a great look for a gun shop where it is illegal to buy firearms under the influence.

I had driven by this store many times and never stopped. Not sure what compelled me to stop yesterday but I’m glad that I did. The owner, Mike introduced himself, which I really appreciated. They seem to have a good selection and prices seem good too. Most excited to have found a range about 10 minutes from home for me.
