When I ask to speak to a manager Michael said “You don’t want to talk to my manger he’s meaner than me”. What kind of business is this? A manager in charge of a staff and firearms is worse than his rude staff that he runs? This is my second experience here and both were horrible but this time I felt that was some sort of threat to deter me from wanting to talk to Scott about how rude Michael was when I didn’t agree with the quote and chose to do business elsewhere! I would like to take this to the highest point possible to hold Michael accountable for his words because I did not feel like the way he talked to me and his words about his manager makes me as a WOMEN feel safe buying from a staff that all agreed and chuckled when he said that!
