Fletcher Arms

I love this shop. I’ve been going here for years. The staff is friendly, and always willing to help and answer questions. Also as a minority, they don’t make you feel like they don’t want you there or speak to you in a condescending manner as if they’re better than you (which happens a lot in gun shops in Waukesha county) that’s hard to find and greatly appreciated. Both Fletcher Arms Locations and All the staff are great. Choose this place first before any other ones.

Smart, efficient, great space, very very safe with great ranges.

Nice people that work there and nice facilties. Watch out for their membership practices, they remind me of the old gym membership scams or time shares, they get you under contract and will not let you leave. Very hard to deal with. Prices on their guns and other products are also very high compared to Fleet Farm or other, more reputable guns shops in the area.

Great service, selection, and accommodating store hours. Younger staff could relax and not be so arrogant. Just deal with older staff a great establishment.

I would not recommend doing any business with Fletcher Arms. They illegally scammed me and illegally misrepresented their monthly membership agreement and pricing at the counter. They also ignored and refused my cancellation notice, charging me hundreds of dollars for a single usage of their gun range lane. They disguise themselves as a 'Fitness Center' but have no fitness equipment nor meet the legal requirements of a fitness center. There are much better legal gun stores in the neighboring areas that are transparent and follow proper Wisconsin business laws.

As a first-time gun owner, I was nervous entering a gun shop for the first time, but I needed all the extras to go with my new gun along with the classes Fletcher offers. Ben greeted me when I arrived and was SUPER helpful. With this being so new for me, he didn't make me feel out of place or dumb, just showed me what he personally used and what his recommendations were as we went around the store getting all the things needed for a new gun owner. He made me feel so comfortable. My other need was to sign up for classes, and he set me up for the conceal carry, along with a 101 course. These were fantastic, with the 101 course being perfect for a first-time owner giving you that extra one on one time with an instructor for proper hand placement on the gun and proper form when firing. I highly recommend. So happy I stopped in and will be back again!
