I was here for the first time today. This is a family owned and operated business. The people are kind and the place is clean and we'll operated. I came to sit in the waiting area for immersion therapy from a trauma. Jason who was running the counter got cover and after a bit of my sitting alone, came and sat with me and allowed me the space to grieve. He brought me water and tissue and allowed me to grieve some more all while supporting me silently and allowing me space. We talked, he listened and encouraged me. Before parting he gave me a hug and encouraged me some more! When going to The Range it goes far beyond target practice!!
享受了個愉快的一天😁😁
Took the pistol basics and CC class here, as well as a private lesson with Jeff Pharris. All the people that I have interacted and worked with me were kind and understanding. When purchasing a handgun they gave me options and helped me pick the best fit and not just blindly give me the most expensive with additives. Everything was honest and genuine. For Jeff especially, he listened to the issues I was experiencing and helped me correct my form. Because of him I can confidentiality shoot and correct myself. Overall very clean space, very nice shooting range, and the people I interacted were kind and respectful, especially as a woman with no experience in this field.
Great range, great people. They offer gunsmithing now! It's truly a one stop shop!
Friendly staff would recommend.
Friendly staff, but POOR ventilation! I took my father shooting, we were in the first group of 6 for the day. After only 10 min you could see a haz in the air. At the end of the hour it was hard to see a target at 30 ft.
Darren the instructor was super. He taught well and it was easy to understand. The place is clean and spacious. I like the fact that rules are pasted in the building.
Love shooting here and if I need assistance, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
Have been going here for years. Owner's son is great to deal with. Friendly and always says Hi and Thanks for coming have a nice day! The other staff are also very nice and are great to deal with. The owner's daughter is the main reason I will be limiting my time here (winter and BZO stuff only). She is extremely rude. I had a family membership, had it for a few years. She told me I can't renew any longer because I didn't have anyone under 18, and wanted to know how I renewed the last time? Never asked me if I had another child to add, or how I could proceed with membership, nope just rudely told me I can't renew. Then complained about how nobody follows the rules...Look I get it family business, maybe let her do the books and stay away from customers....rest of the team is always great. It is close to home and reasonably priced, and the league stuff is super fun. (Lady who runs the league is awesome!, late 20's early 30's blonde, super nice). I like the range, but the daughter just seems mad all the time, I mean if you hate your job, go get another one....
