Excellent, quick service with a staff that is very helpful and do not push you towards certain products; just helpful , friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices seem to match other local firearm stores.

I've been looking for a comfortable left-handed holster to fit my sidearm setup for years now. While they are still hard to find, Fletcher Arms made a kydex holster in about 30 minutes while I waited. It is comfortable compared to all the other make-shift floppy left-handed holsters that I've tried. I'm thankful for a holster that I can finally carry with in a comfortable manner. As I considered moving from one range to another all my questions were answered promptly and professionally. Went to the Waukesha location to put me eyes on this range and the customer service there was also outstanding. I decided to go ahead and get a membership. Awesome class! Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They impart practical and useful skills to the attendees. They take the time to also give individual advice and suggestions. Not just a lecture, but hands on lessons and feedback to improve your skills and knowledge.
