Today was my very first time at the range and also my first time ever shooting a gun. Aaron gave me the full rundown and was very professional, walking me through everything step by step. He even shared some helpful tips while I was on the range, which made the experience a lot smoother. After I finished up, I had a chance to chat with two other guys there (didn’t catch their names), and they were just as welcoming. All around, it was a great experience with a group of cool, knowledgeable people who clearly know their guns.

Very friendly, new technology on the range that was awesome, also not judgemental. I'm a person of color with dreads to my wait and gold teeth. The men in there were very kind and accepting making me feel welcomed. 10 out of 10

This range is top notch! Whether you are a beginner or advanced shooter, they are welcoming and helpful. I had received a private lesson last year by Lauren, I believe, and after looking at my gun it was determined that my sights were incorrect. Lauren asked Tyler to help with this, and literally in a couple of minutes he had me shooting much better. Fast forward a year later, due to a misunderstanding on the operation of the red dot, I screwed up my sights. I explained this situation to Lauren and she said, just come in and Tyler would be happy to help you with that again at no charge. Tyler not only redid my sights for me, he put in a red dot battery for me and gave me some tips on how to better improve my skills handling the gun. He spent a significant amount of time with me and went above and beyond to be sure that I was comfortable. Everyone at this range is friendly and helpful. Tyler is excellent at what he does and very customer service oriented. I won't go anywhere else. Great experience!

DO NOT COME HERE! I have been told that 00buck was ok to fire at the range. However, when I got there, a guy that works there named Jeff (who was kind of cold and standoffish) told me that no buckshot is allowed and I should buy their slugs (expensive af btw). He also booked me for an hour when clearly I only had the ammo for a less than 30 minute session (ended up spending way more than I should have). I did ask one of the instructors help with how a pistol works, but he showed me in less than 5 minutes. And by the way, that Jeff guy never smiled nor looked me in the eye the whole time, and whenever I had a question he would respond in a rude tone. At the end of the stay I expressed my desire to try a pump shotgun and he replied "if you want you can rent mine". Not happening lol. Went back today, this time brought slugs with me and was still told by this Jeff dude that I had to buy their ammo. Went to walk out and he said that he could make an exception, but that if he saw that the ammo was not what they wanted that I was going to be out of luck, pretty much trying to scam me out lane rent money and buying expensive ammo from them. Walked out and never stepping foot in there again, which is a shame cause apart from Jeff the rest of the personnel seemed alright. Do yourselves a favour and do not come here.

Absolutely phenomenal shop for anyone just beginning to those who are more advanced. I had the pleasure of speaking and meeting with Doug who answered all my newbie questions after another gun shop hung up on me for asking. Very excited to take classes and learn! Doug never once spoke down to me and offered me so much helpful advice and information. If you are looking for smart, thoughtful professionals, look no further and ask for Doug! Thank you for the kindness you showed me today. It turned my day around.
