I finally decided to sign up for classes at Marc-On Shooting. They were offering Aug sales on classes and memberships. After deciding on several classes, I called and spoke to Troy regarding questions I had on several things.Yes, I’m “one of those” that have a million questions. I was thoroughly impressed! Troy answered every question with patience, knowledge and insight. He even took into consideration all of my classes and range times, etc to see if and which membership would be the best savings for me. He went above and beyond in customer service and research. I think customer service really reflects the essence of a business! At the end of the conversation I asked if he was one of the Marcon family members because of his dedication. I’m looking forward to my classes and membership. Thank you Troy!

Had a brand new Noveske Barrel that needed a pin and weld. Had it done, got it back and after threading can on it noticed it was loose. Took back to gunsmith Chris who got it fixed for me and sent me on my way…upon leaving the store Dan Marcon stopped me asking why I didn’t pay, after explaining the situation to him he still insisted I pay a 2nd time for the pin and weld. After arguing for a while I agreed to pay half ($30). I’m an avid shooter and have done quite a bit of business with Marc-On shooting. Blows my mind Dan was willing to throw away my business and hurt his name over a botched pin and weld they did…all for $30…
