I had a one on one handgun class with Chris. Totally recommend it. I learned a ton! Great for beginners or experienced shooters as it's individually tailored to what you want to work on and learn. I also took my concealed carry class here with Paul. I highly recommend it also. I will definitely take more classes here in the future.

Stopped there to test fire a gun I purchased privately. I didn't want to drive out to Fletcher's so I stopped at Range USA. I hadn't been there for two years. I quit going there due to extremely poor customer service. I mean sales personnel just standing around doing nothing, while I'm waiting at the counter with questions about a gun I wanted to purchase. Only one other person in the store at the time. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I went back out to my car and sat for 10 minutes and went back in to see what would happen. Same thing. Totally ignored. There was another problem that came up later, but suffice to say upon my recent visit they must have had a change of management. I was waited on right away, and the sales people were extremely helpful and respectful. In fact I had to return the following day with a problem with a magazine and the same thing happened. The sales person was polite, helpful, and was able to repair the magazine on the spot. I will strongly consider making this my go to store instead of driving all the way out to Fletcher's, where I found the owner to be quite abrasive.

My first visit to a Range USA. The facility was top notch and the staff was welcoming, professional, & easy to talk to. Very pleasant experience, will return soon. Thanks, George

Usually good experiences here. It's a shame, though, that their $20 dollar rental fee doesn't allow you to try out multiple guns, like pretty much everywhere else that offers rentals. Went in to try a handful of guns but found out at the counter I would have to pay 20 per gun I wanted to try. I haven't been to a range that DOESN'T offer multiple gun opportunities with their rental fee, so keep that in mind if you think you can go here and try out before you buy.

I booked a private lesson for my wife and I (she's never shot a gun and it's been a few years for me since inheriting a Glock 17) with Jennifer Koier and I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was with Jennifer, highly recommended! We started the private session in the classroom walking thru general gun safety and eventually progressed on to utilizing the classroom prop guns as the first step for proper hand placement, breaking down the different steps (thru repetition) to simulate live firing. We then moved on to use some of the other classroom prop guns to simulate safe loading / unloading, proper slide action (most importantly confirming empty chamber and down range), and site / targeting. We then moved on to the last prop to simulate proper point and shoot thru a series of sequences Jennifer called out. Following the classroom session, we moved into the range for live ammo as Jennifer walked us thru the same processes we just learned, starting with 1 round and working our way up to 10 rounds. Jennifer's hands on approach was exceptionally helpful as my wife went from being timid from handling a gun to wanting to know when we were booking our next session!! Oh, and of course she also had the best shot of our session, looks like we found ourselves a new hobby all thanks to our private lesson with Jennifer! We're already looking at the monthly membership and plan to book our next session soon at Range USA soon!

If you care about lead exposure, I would not shoot here. Been at this range a handful of times and the last two were incredibly smoky. Also no sticky pad to collect the lead off your shoes when you leave. Have had mixed encounters with staff-some great, some rude. However, I am not going to risk going back based on what I perceived as a lack of sufficient ventilation.

Very knowledgeable associates and always willing to help out! Range is great. Very comfortable place overall Update....months later! 1 incident that made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked numerous questions to gain my knowledge that was needed in the situation. Well the employee didn't want to respond to EVERY question. Terrible service....not comfortable after that! Don't go there very often anymore.
