McMiller Sports Center

I took the introductions to handguns class yesterday and it was the best training and lessons I could ask for. The trainer covered the basics, how to take care of my firearm, and then we went to the range to shoot my firearm. At first I was pretty bad at shooting, but through my trainers patience, and experience he helped me become an actual decent shooter. Also, I was very nervous at first and he helped me overcome that fear and built a lot of confidence. He was a great guy, and I am looking forward to consistently coming to this range! Highly recommend!

I first started visiting McMiller 50 years (or so) ago. It has grown into a first class, outdoor shooting range.

Great staff and facilities.

My husband and brother went in today and they said they had a lot of fun. However, my husband did mention how one of the employees was extremely rude to him and yelled at him for not knowing that they needed 2 range passes for 2 people. (We are from ohio and most gun ranges let 2 people in one lane without needing 2 separate passes). Not sure if this was due to racism or if the guy was just having a bad day, but If you are black please just make sure you are on your best behavior and don't react to rudeness. Just be polite back and try to enjoy your time there nonetheless. He did note that another employee was extremely nice after this interaction happened, so some of them are cool, some aren't. Just be careful and mindful of your behavior.
