5 Stars because I got a taste of my own medicine. I'm a business owner and sometimes get a little carried away with my attitude as well. I called today to set up some range time on Father's Day for my teenage sons and I. Was sternly informed that range time can only be reserved for members and minors must have 1 adult each. I thought two could wait in a waiting area outside of the range. A stern "no, it's not our job to watch peoples' children". Alright, I can appreciate that and understand the possible liabilities. We can easily bring 1 at a time. The call was short and sweet. Just a lot of "No". Now, since I love it when people tell me how to run my business I will give some constructive criticism. When a new customer calls for range time this is your opportunity to sell your membership not shut them down. Invite them to check out your website for all of the safety rules, prices, and membership benefits. Instead of bringing in a new customer and their family to spend money, have fun, and practice safe firearm use you shut it down. We own multiple firearms and love shooting almost as much as we love spending money. I'm a stubborn guy though, so unfortunately we won't be visiting you any time soon.

High-quality experience with pleasant staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The range itself was taken care of well.

It's a good place to practice shooting. They have strict rules which is good for this sport. They also keep a close eye on the range if anyone is doing something stupid. My only complaint the hours really don't work for me, there's not many evening hours.
