Dent's Run Shooting Range

Good place. Locals come by daily to recycle the brass.

First time there, was clean, and shooting benches were good. Thank for having a free shooting range for us to use.

Gun range is nice great place to shoot fun to take the kids to learn…. Until you get a group young kids up here cussing and shouting the dirt and tree’s anything but targets 7/26/24 if you plan on taking your kids make sure there’s not a group of shell burners it’s not a good time

Range was nice especially since it is free. Picked up some trash on range when I arrived just to help out. It's a shame that people pay hundreds, even thousands of dollars on firearms/ammunition/optics but won't spend 6 or 7 dollars on targets. Rules mention water bottles/cans or glass things to please not shot on the range and it was everywhere. This is what is wrong with the kids today, they are raised by parents who won't follow rules and do what it right. Thank you to the state of WV for the opportunity to enjoy a nice range.

Great place to come and shoot. It’s free so that’s nice only 20 mins away from the house. Really small range and have to bring your own targets. No 50 calibers or plastic and glass targets allowed on the range. Overall really fun and cool range to shoot at. Could be cleaned up a little but really nice.
