Excellent facility and friendly Range Officers make this a great place. Pistol targets go to 25 yards, too.
Way too expensive my mom always said just don’t say anything if you’re not happy
Only getting two Stars mainly for the fact that I can't go as an individual their rule state that you must have somebody with you Just sucks that I can't go in as a single member of the public to enjoy the facility I'll just have to spend the extra for a membership at the Tacoma sportsman club where I can come by myself and have the piece that I get from going to the shooting range.
Nice range, but would have walked out if I wasn’t there with my law enforcement officer/firearms instructor family member who served as a buffer between me and the RSO’s constant nitpicking. Prices are reasonable, rental selection is poor, and front desk staff are ok. Really it’s the RSO’s power trip over the facility’s apparent encyclopedia of unwritten rules, largely unrelated to firearms safety, that made the experience unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. Would not recommend for women in particular, unless having someone hover over you and then berate you after every single clip is your thing.
I have never had a problem getting a lane.
Before going to this range, I had read the reviews. It almost dissuaded me from going but I am more of a try-it-yourself type of person. After going I can strongly say, I had a great experience at the range. One of the RSO's seemed to be somewhat of a grumpy guy, but he wasn't rude what so ever. He was very helpful when I had asked for a tool to fix my red dot and he gave me some staples when I had ran out; although non-verbal in the whole interaction. While I waited for my second person to show up, I had some conversations with the people at the front and they were honestly good people. Sometimes people have bad experiences and personalities clash, but my experience was pleasant and I will be going back. I also never had an RSO give me unsolicited advice while there. I'd recommend trying for yourself and having your own experience.
It's a nice indoor range that you can also rent guns and equipment from. Other than that customer service is abysmal like no one wants to be there or just being reactive instead of proactive when customers have issues in the range. Honestly if you go here more than twice there are other clubs that have a better arsenal and will be cheaper long term TLDR good range mid employees
There are several mixed reviews here. I wanted to believe the good reviews but during my visit I realized that the negative reviews were spot on. They were 100% correct with the behavior of the staff. They’re condescending and provide unsolicited advice without knowing their customer’s intentions/concerns. The only thing good about this range is that they have nice lanes & target equipment. In light of better options, I’ll continue to drive further away to another range.
Was a cool range but way overpriced, I'm not gonna go back, that's for sure.
