Bath County Shooting Range

Good place to target shooting. Bathroom was horrible. Bring toilet paper.

I Love This Place. It's Out Of the way in the mountains of Bath County. 100 Yard for rifle and a shorter side for everything else. It's FREE and open all year. I enjoy it because it's often empty. 3/9/25 a little cold but empty. Used left over targets on the 100 yard rifle range and had a blast. No one was there so I spread out. Clean bathroom and yes a bumpy trail to get to it. It's in the mountains. Natures perfect backstop, right?

Drove almost an hour only to find the forest service road was not passable. The road was steep, deeply rutted, and not plowed. Would have been iffy even with 4wd. Wish the website had mentioned access could be difficult.

Good shooting range

My husband, son and brother-in-law took a day trip to this range and loved everything about it. The road was a little bumpy, so having a truck was preferable. Grab your silhouettes, and get your practice in!

Good gravel road to the shooting range. Clean bathroom at the range. Pistol and rifle area.

Amazing space that is very well kept and contained responsible shooters during our visit. Highly recommended.
