RRPC Lower Ranges

The Lower Range at Rivanna is an absolute treat for shooters of all types. The facilities are well-kept and thoughtfully laid out. I especially love hitting the 200- and 300-yard steel with my rifles—nothing more satisfying than the ping of a clean shot. The pistol steel setups are perfect for testing out new builds, and the bullseye range is where they host IDPA matches, which are always a blast. It’s also one of the better places around for rifle sighting, and the Action Tactical Range gives you room to train and move in a way most ranges don’t allow. Overall, the Lower Range has it all: great setup, great people, and a great time every visit.

Fantastic range, was well kept, safe, and well-staffed. Great spot for an experienced shooter to get some quality training in, or a new shooter to learn the basics.
