Mark has been super helpful at teaching me some basics on how different firearms work. In addition the store is clean and quiet, good variety.

We had a great time there. The staff were excellent! They help us and guided the whole time. Making sure we knew their guidelines and were safe. I had an issue with my carry pistol and the attendant (I'm forgetting the official title) came to me immediately and checked it out, and told he had to observe it further. He came back after taking my gun to another room and told me that I had two bullets clogged in the barrel. He then gave me a business card to their gunsmith that's located around the corner the range. They were exceptionally helpful and we've got our membership, and are going back this weekend.

Professionally run and safety is the employees number 1 concern

Weekend class caused non-members wait over an hour. Membership has it "privileges". Outside of the long wait time the availability equipment for purchase or rent ranged and had several good selection options. RSO keep me everyone safe and once they establish their ground rules the range time was perfect. They effectively managed the range and when possible gave us a buffer of time before our time gour was up.
