XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness

I have been a member for two years and have never experienced any issues until recently. During check-in at the range, the young lady assisting customers greeted and thanked everyone except for myself, my son, and, despite me saying “thank you” several times. The lack of acknowledgment came across as dismissive and unprofessional. In a customer service role, courtesy and respect should be extended to all members, and I did not appreciate the attitude displayed. Updated Review: Owner Jason Brown personally reached out to apologize for my experience during my visit to the range. It’s rare to see this level of commitment from a business, and I truly appreciate the time, understanding, and effort he showed in making things right. Because of Jason’s dedication and assurance that future visits will be outstanding, I’ve updated my rating to reflect his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction at XCAL.

Liberty Safe Delivery Service - 5 Stars ! I have been wanting to give a shout out to the crew that assisted with our Liberty safe installation.    Dillon was the name of the tech that very quickly sized-up the path of least resistance.  He was knowledgeable, methodical and deliberate in every movement.   He was able to discuss in detail and assist in every step in the process from delivery - to - installation - to - registration.  He and his helper maneuvered the safe exactly where and how I wanted.  Fantastic work and they had all the correct tools for the job. I cannot recommend XCAL highly enough thanks to Dillon's team.  We will be recommending and be doing business with XCAL again for sure. Liberty Safes for Life !

Étant deux Français en vacances nous avons voulu tenter une initiation au tir, bien que totalement novices. Sur les conseils d’une amie locale, nous nous sommes rendus chez XCal. Nous avons été très bien accueillis d’autant plus qu’une personne de l’équipe parlait français, ce qui nous a énormément rassurés et permis de recevoir d’excellents conseils pour le choix des armes. Le lieu est facile à trouver, moderne et impressionnant. On se sent en sécurité et bien encadrés, tout en profitant d’une vraie autonomie dans le box de tir. L’équipe est professionnelle, souriante et met tout en œuvre pour que chacun vive un bon moment, même les débutants. En tant que Français, n’hésitez surtout pas à vous y rendre même sans expérience, on trouve facilement sa place et on profite pleinement de l’activité.

Experience fantastique, tres bon personnel et en plus avec personnel francophone. Tres tres bone experience.

XCAL is by far the nicest, largest, and most professionally run gun store and range I've been to. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facilities are super nice and well maintained, and they carry a huge catalog. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great place and great experience!! It was four of us trying to have our 1st experience in a fire range. Personnel was fantastic answering all our questions and explaining all safety rules. Inside the fire range we felt very well and safe with safety officers watching us to make sure we enjoyed our time there. I recommend this place 100%
