Always friendly and helpful

As a woman, brand new to gun culture, I was a little worried about going to a gun shop, so I brought a friend for moral support. We were greeted by Les, who treated us with such respect and helped us handle the different guns and understand how each one worked. He said hold a lot of them and assured me I did not need to make a decision today. He could sense my apprehension. He offered helpful pointers on safety and handling as we shopped. This was a low pressure relationship building experience. I honestly can say this was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. In the range at a lesson, Ethan was so helpful with his explanations for how to improve as we built confidence in the classroom and then in the range. He is a great instructor and I look forward to more lessons. Overall I was impressed by the professionalism of all the staff we interacted with on our two visits to the shop.

Asked to see .38 revolvers for carry. Was shown a Ruger single action and got an explanation of Single vs. double action. Don't show up in flip flops or they treat you like a person who knows nothing about firarms.

À ma grande surprise on ne peut pas louer une arme si on ne vient pas accompagné d’une autre personne. Nul part on ne mentionne cette information très importante. Je suis venu de Montréal spécialement pour la location qui été vanté sur les reviews mais on m’a juste refusé l’accès. Aucune solution m’a été proposé. J’ai proposé de me joindre à un groupe mais l’employé a refusé en disant que ça doit être des gens que je connais. C’est vraiment dommage aucune considération de leur part.

Useless staff, poor customer service... yep the average Vermont FFL alright.
