Terrible service 😑

We visited Utah from various locations with friends. Despite the polygon closing at 5 pm, but indicated at 6pm on Google, the shooting range sold us magazines. During the shooting, we were escorted out of the range with two magazines remaining. We requested a refund, but the attendant agreed only after we exited the range. Subsequently, they denied the refund and banned us from the range, threatening to contact law enforcement. This experience at the shooting range was highly unprofessional.

They sold us bullets and said the range was closed. We wanted to return the bullets and they kicked us out.

We came to Utah as a group of friends and visited this place to shoot firearms. Even though there wasn’t much time left, they sold us the ammunition first. We didn’t know what time they closed. We went inside and after shooting one magazine, they told us to stop. At first, we didn’t understand and continued, but once we realized what they meant, we stopped immediately. We had 2–3 boxes of unused ammunition left and wanted to return them, but they refused to accept the return. Then they threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave and kicked us out in a very rude and aggressive manner.

Easy to go in and sign waiver, then get the assigned lane to go shoot for an hour. It was great
