I’ve visited R&R on 4 separate occasions and I haven’t been impressed to say the least. Each time I go, whether it be to make a purchase or get on the range, it seems like no one that works there is in a rush to help you. Today I went into their store to buy a part I needed for a build, I quickly found what I needed and went to the register to check out. When I walked up there was a young man at the register sitting down and another employee chatting with a customer about how awesome his 2011 was. After I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged or even given a “sorry sir we will be right with you” I asked the young man if I could check out. He looked at me and said, “I’m helping this gentlemen, all he had to do is pay and then I can help you.” The gentleman he was referring to was the guy who was being chatted up by the other employee which at this point was telling him how he polished his 2011 to make it even smoother, blah, blah, blah. After another 5 minutes of listening and standing there, keep in mind there are 3-4 other employees wondering around joking and laughing with each other while I’m standing there. Finally after 20 minutes, I decided, well I guess they don’t want my business, so I out the part back. Walked out and bought it from Sportsmans Warehouse instead, which checked me out in 30 seconds. I was excited to have a local gun store/range in my area. But it seems that they have hired a bunch of hard core gun enthusiasts but forget to check if they knew how to provide basic customer service. I hate that each time I’ve gone it has been something to the same effect. Sad to see something that could be great, be mediocre at best.
A range that bans P320s is a competent range, in my book.
Great place and incredible people. We are not going to be customers at any other gun range.
R&R has the most knowledgeable and friendly staff you will ever meet. Their facility is amazing and their training classes are geared towards every level. I highly recommend!
I’ve gotta give these guys credit on the fast response I received for feedback that I attempted to give around the P320 ban on the range. I was told after I brought it up that I would be endangering others if I were to bring the firearm in and shoot it on the range. I understand the current controversy in the media about the gun, but with 3k rounds through my X5 Legion I’d like to think I’ve been a safe and responsible gun owner. It’s completely within their right, and I wish this range the best of luck; I’m glad Saratoga and Eagle Mountain have a closer place to shoot. I won’t be supporting this range, however; because of the disrespect I’ve received from management when trying to address an issue, and the overall poor customer service. All love to anyone who’s grateful to have a range close though. Edit: Nobody threatened Rudy or his store… I told him he wouldn’t have my support or the support of thousands of P320 users. Like I said in my review I wish ya’ll the best, no need for all the hostility ✌️
I travel 30ish minutes just to go down to this range when there’s a range right down the street from me, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable help me buy a few guns along with additional information about owning rifles at 18 such as being able to buy 9mm rifles and all round fun the environment is welcoming, they just keep running out of guns I can buy also I recommend the EOTECH holosights I own 3 types and I have no issues and the pricing is affordable only 15ish for a hour to shoot
Place struggles with their intake and and exit. Takes forever to get signed in and when we tried to leave it took a solid 10 minutes. They hold your license and their system is wonky with the final charge, people working there struggling with the system. Speaking of charge cost me $70 dollars for 30 minutes of a lane, one box of (50) 9mm rounds and headphones. (Brought my own gun) Rip off. Just go outside someplace.
I have taken several classes here. Gunnar is a fantastic teacher, he has helped me gain confidence in my gun handling and I always get feedback to help me keep growing. My wife and I are both members and we love going in for range time. The staff makes me feel like I belong there every time. I am extremely grateful to the staff and cannot more highly recommend R&R.
I’ve been to a lot of gun stores and most are fairly similar but where they can stand out is the staff and the staff here has been amazing very knowledgeable and helpful!
Came back into town and found out these guys built the new facility. They’ve been talking about it for years so glad they were able to make it happen. Impressive shop. Kyle was kind enough to give me an optic battery when mine went down at the range. Will be back every time I’m back in town. Shoutout to the RSO who was there that remembered who I was from years ago. 5/5.
