Ready Gunner

The store is great and most of the employees are too, but Christian brings the experience down quite a few notches. I ran into an issue getting a lower transferred to me and he was overall dismissive and didn’t care about helping me figure the situation out, until my friend that works there did some prodding and he finally called a superior to help resolve the snag. The issue itself was not his fault, but he handled it with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

It's a nice looking store. Has a really good indoor shooting range and good amount of guns on display but these guys are very inconsistent with their punch cards. I got one as a gift. Is it one punch per person or per lane? I don't know. I don't think they even know. Every time I go it's a different rule based on which employee I get at the time. I've been getting ripped off.

Horrific experience - I overheard Chris talking to a customer at the front and they were saying racial slurs and jokes to each other about a black gentleman who walked in with his kid. I left promptly and decided to go to Gunnies. Will not visit again and that store member should be fired. He looks way too old to be working at a place like this anyway.

Had a great experience at Ready Gunner. Chris took great care my rifle. He corrected some issues from another person who had installed the Keymo QD Hub and Muzzle break and mounted my scope for me. He also explained the difference in the Keymo connection and a better threaded option. I found all staff to be very knowledgable and approachable. Shot my rifle after Chris worked on it and it shot flawlessly. I trust Chris and the other staff at Ready Gunner and highly recommend. I will be back.

Great place to buy shiny new toys and hit the range. They are all gun enthusiasts and are happy to help you. Beemer went above and beyond helping me select a cool suppressor for my PCC. Awesome experience.

Bought a gun at Ready Gunner and took a CCW and Handguns 1 class. The staff here is AMAZING to say the least. They are patient, personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The classes were fun, the drills were challenging, and the instructors were so good at providing individual feedback and coaching. I would go back for all of their classes if possible. I would definitely recommend them to everyone if you get a chance or are thinking about going to a class! Patty, Matt, Todd, and all the staff are the best of the best!

I would not recommend Ready Gunner to anyone. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced in a gun store. The employees come across as arrogant and dismissive, and it feels like they care more about showing off than actually helping customers. Prices are way higher than other shops in the area, and the selection is nothing special compared to what you can find elsewhere. The overall vibe is unwelcoming—if you’re not part of their “in-crowd,” don’t expect much attention or respect. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different shop where your time, money, and questions are actually valued. Also guy with the mustache you can pound sand.

This is my favorite gun store on ambiance alone. I came in last week and Beemer gently, lovingly guided me through a suppressor purchase. Clearly not his first time, but made mine feel special. From a distance, I thought he was Tom Selleck. All the staff is friendly, and accommodated my disabilities, thank you!

Bought my first! Probably the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. The service was amazing in the rental department as well as the training we received. Specifically Baylen. He was extremely helpful, kind, and just a pleasure to work with! Please try it out and give this place and this guy a chance!
