Great groups of guys and good company. Have bought many firearms, parts and ammunition from Impact and will again.

The best gun shop in northern Utah. Great selection of guns, Amo, and related items. The best part is the employees are happy, and earnestly want to help you.

Big gunsmith store with an indoor range. They have some AR-15 parts. Customer service is abysmal.

It's nearly impossible to get service here. Been going here for years and every time I go there I have to track down and physically corner an employee to get any attention at all. You will see people just peering through the counter glass with no one around to help. You will stand in line to stand in line because the only thing the employees do is man the range counter and run forms. They're a glorified FFL, not a retail store. You can know what you want and go there with the money to buy it an no one is interested in helping you. You can go there to pick up an FFL transfer and you will have to corner someone then stand in line to stand in line again. You can go there for ammo or accessories and stand in line waiting for them to do whole background checks before anyone will man the register. If you're trying to decide what to get don't even bother coming here, you're better off at the big box just up the road. Somehow they manage to be overwhelmed by 3 customers in the store. I've never been in a store less interested in making money that wastes so much of their customer's time. You will be better served going just about anywhere else.

Great customer service and selection

They act like you owe them money. I thought salesmen’s main objective is to sell? Never seen people so unwilling to make money. Why open a store? Maybe theres more to it than just the surface level
