We've had a great experience at the shooting range here. However, purchased a gun and the trigger was broken. They said I'd have to send it to the manufacturer or fix it myself. Then, I bought a gun online and had it transferred there. They charge a $100 transfer fee. The average cost in Texas is between $25-50. We will not be going back to this range. It's too bad because a lot of the staff are really good people

So I had 2 items for FFL transfer at Range USA. Instead of putting both on the same FFL, they did 2 seperate FFL submissions. They also charged $100 per transfer, which is outrages. Cabella's charges $45. Most ot the individula FFLs charge $50 to $60. And the staff was not that knowledgable about guns they sell. Very siappointed. Texas Gun Club charges $60 so will try them also.

This is by far the best gun range I've been to. Very relaxed atmosphere, very clean and the staff are helpful and very knowledgeable.

Mario is a great instructor with lots of experience. He is very patient with me and my teenage son (who are complete beginners). Not everyone is good at teaching adults AND teenagers, but he has a great rapport with my son. We are about to have our third class with him, and I’m sure we could have a hundred classes with him and always learn something new and never get bored. He even called to see if I wanted to move our next class because we would have missed the sale by one day (and saved us $25!). I’m so glad that we found him!

I was impressed that Jeff helped us through the sign-in process and helped my wife feel at ease. The other staff showed us other weapons for rental and helped in the whole process. Overall it was a fun experience and we will be back.

This is my second class with Darrell and he is really good. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. I got exactly what I wanted from the lesson and that was to help me on deciding which gun to buy ... he highlighted different options, pros-cons of various models and introduced me to a high quality competition pistol so I could actually feel the range of options.

Range USA has been a great place to shoot and I have not had any issues. The range is clean, well venitlated, and air conditioned which is very nice. The lanes are kept clean by the RSO and all the target hangers work. The lanes are clearly marked for distance with lines on the ground instead of the wall which is nice. Most of the complaints seem to come from people who arent used to indoor range policies. They are sticklers about safety for a reason. Range USA is better than some others in their policies and procedures and the membership is worth it FOR ME. I go alone on weekdays, bring my own gear, observe range rules, and always have a good time. The RSOs have always been friendly but not always talkative which is understandable since they are focusing on their jobs. The front staff has always been friendly and prompt, no complaints.
