Bullet Hole Gun Range

😡🔥HORRIBLE PEOPLE at its finest. This is hands down the worst gun range I’ve ever been to. From the minute I walked in, the staff had nasty attitudes, like they were better than everybody else. No greeting, no explanation, just rude, short answers. I asked where our lane was and the guy at the front smirked and said, “You’ll figure it out.” Really? That’s how you talk to paying customers? The safety here is almost non-existent. People on the lanes were waving guns around with fingers on the trigger, pointing them across other shooters, and not one employee said a word. The so-called range officers were just standing around talking to each other like nothing was wrong. One of them was even on his phone while people were actively shooting. I didn’t feel safe for a single second. This place is unsafe and unprofessional. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and honestly relieved we made it out without an accident happening. If you value your safety and basic respect, stay far away from this range.

We went yesterday afternoon to this shooting range, we were all females a party of 4. The place is decent and not too pricy. What we did not like is that the person in charge of the pistol range was rude to my sister in law. This was her first time shooting a gun so she didn't know how to handle or grab a gun correctly, the skinny white guy came at her and shouted at her if she held the gun that way again he was going to take her out of the range and "send her home", he was very very rude! Since we walked in to the range that guy looked at us in a very racist way. If your instructors or persons that are taking care of the range don't have the patience with people that are learning how to shoot a gun, then they don't belong there!!

The place might be a bit ramshackle, but it's cheap and has a lot of ranges. The private bays are great when you can get them.

Best range in town. Nice outdoor range with everything from pistol range to private bays. Great staff too.

The range itself is okay. The people who work there are jerks and act like your putting them out if you have a question. They offer various distances of rifle ranges from 25-100 yards. The problem is you must wait 5 seconds between shots, which means no quick follow-up shots. You must walk to your target to see your groupings, which is no big deal unless the range is busy and you are sighting in a firearm for the first time. Also the way to the target is all dirt. This becomes an issue when it rains or has recently rained (bring mud boots). The pistol range is decent but only offers 2 distances (7 and 15 yards I believe). You may shoot as fast as you like. They do offer private bays which are 25 yards long. At those bays you may shoot as fast as you want with a rifle or a pistol. Those are also just dirt, so keep that in mind during wet weather.

Very good range. The staff is nice and helpful. It was my first time shooting and the worker saw i was Valery nervous and explained some handling procedures and gave me some tips. Overall I felt better afterward.

Called at 11 AM to see if they were open and had lanes open. The gentleman on the phone said “we have plenty of spaces open”. Got there at 11:30 AM. The attendant said that “we are full and have been full since 8:30 AM. We can put you on a waiting list”. C’mon, what kind of customer service is this?!?!? This is the 2nd time on a few months that the person on the phone says one thing; and it is different when you get there. I think I’ll drive an extra 7 minutes next time and go to another shooting range.

Maybe have better employees who don’t absolutely hate their life and give attitude over a simple question. Haven’t been here in years and remember why. Do yourself a favor and just go to BLACKHAWK, way better outdoor range.
