Excellent customer service
Staff members (Ms. Karen, Messrs. Michael and Brian) since inception of my first visit a few days ago (Second Week of September) and subsequent visits, were very professional, informative and contributed immeasurably for my decision to become a 'Premium Member' at Range USA. The location at the Humble, Texas location is very accommodating, the range is ideal, the inventory of arms available to purchase, along with accessories offer a great shopping experience. Looking forward to future visits to Range USA Humble.
I completed a firearm proficiency class to renew a security license recently. Overall, not a positive experience. The facility is very nice, with a wide selection of firearms available for purchase. The classes at Range are only conducted a couple of times a month so one must schedule weeks in advance. The big downside is the instructor they're using to conduct the class. Very arrogant, and talks to students like he's a Sgt in boot camp. Spends more time talking about himself and his family than the purpose of the meeting, which caused the entire training process to last almost 3 hours. This class is only to demonstrate proficiency, not to teach about speed firing or to learn about the best firearms available. Very frustrating experience. I do not recommend using Range for this required testing: there are other firing ranges in Houston area with better availability. I simply chose this one due to location. Next time I'll be willing to drive a bit further to find a professional exam experience.
Every time I go there, once I get over the initial shock of the very first shot I hear, it's all good. I feel very comfortable practicing my skills at the range. Allen is my guy!!! He taught me how to handle my .38 special and I graduated to a 9mm!!!
