Range USA Cypress

Eric P was very friendly and helpful, and the range is very nice. I would leave 5 stars but for all the bad advice and misinformation the range officer was sharing. I have been a LE Firearms instructor for almost many years and that range officer was woefully uneducated about firearms and ammunition. Overall I would recommend this range and will return.

These folks are always easy to deal with . Helpfully, knowledgeable, prices aren't bad . Range is a comfortable place to hone your skills . A bit pricey but clean

I was extremely disappointed on how the latino assistant manager (unable to recall name)was unable to de-escalate a confrontation between myself and another customer. He mentioned "work it out amoungst yourselfs" is not a solution. As the confrontation got worse between customer and I, the assist. manager decides to isolate me and firmly tells me to leave. I took the high road out of safety. Sir, (owner), the range at this location MUST review or create policy on how to de-escalate inside of the store. I will be following through on this and will be asking for a solution. Mike 9.9.25
