Extremely helpful and patient. Detail oriented, which is what you want when dealing with firearms. Good collection, and a lot of options to choose rentals from. Highly recommend. About 10 percent more expensive than online purchases.

Great fun at Texas Gun Exprience. We took their new shooters experience and the instructor was excellent, the range was fantastic and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The Texas Gun Experience range? Oh, it’s like Disneyland for folks who love loud noises and shiny things. The facility is sleek, the staff is chill, and the vibe screams, “You’re gonna have a blast—literally!” The hands-on shooting part was a hoot—nothing says “girl power” like a group of women learning to aim without closing both eyes. I swear, I felt like Wonder Woman, if Wonder Woman was mildly startled by recoil. Now, here’s the kicker: this Women's level 1 class is a gateway drug to a very expensive hobby. Michael showed us some sleek handguns and taught us safety and how to use them. Suddenly, I’m dreaming of a custom Glock like it’s a new pair of boots. My wallet is screaming, “Girl, you can’t afford this!” but my heart’s like, “But… shiny! Bang-bang! Fun!” I’m already plotting to hit the range every night, which means I’ll be eating ramen for the next decade to fund my new obsession.

Exceptional experience. We went with colleagues that were visiting from Boston. Staff was friendly and the instructor/range officer Cam was great at explaining the different weapon systems and walking us through how to fire them correctly. The benefits of getting a package were that the range was dedicated just for us and we got one on one instruction before and during the experience. Like there was only one participant with him on the range. It made the guys that never fired a weapon before feel comfortable and allowed the ones that had a refresher course. They're already looking forward to next year's trip in August! 10/10 would do again. Editorial - Pony up for the MG42. It's worth every second.

I had an amazing experience at Texas Gun Experience! I went through training with Kevin McGinnis, and he did an outstanding job explaining the fundamentals of using a gun. He’s extremely knowledgeable, charismatic , and made everything easy to understand. Kevin guided me step by step on how to properly shoot and helped me hit my target with confidence. I left with a solid understanding of gun safety and the basics of shooting a gun. I would highly recommend this training to anyone wanting to learn how to shoot—10 out of 10 experience!
