Great customer service!

**update below** Wow, what a careless disregard for safety, environmental conditions, and customer expectations. The manager of this site cannot even be bothered to make a phone call to a customer that is frustrated with these issues. DO NOT GO HERE! It is unsafe, the air handling is questionable at best, the staff is apathetic, they do not care for their customers and it all lies in the hands of their manager, David Holcomb. I will drive across town myself to avoid the mess they have made of the aged Winchester Gallery range and store. What a mockery of that legacy and the stated goals of the Shoot Smart founders. **update** David, the area manager tried to call me finally. He did so after taking the time to stalk my LinkedIn profile hours before. Just go elsewhere, this guys priorities are outta whack and his team knows it too. Sad.

I had a great experience with Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and's guidance, I now feel 100% confident and comfortable in carrying and shooting my gun. Highly recommend!

Andrew was a great instructor for the LTC class! He explained everything very clearly and in a relaxed personable way. Made the day go by a lot quicker and easier! Would definitely take another class here.

Came in looking for some ammo to go shooting with friends, the staff was amazing two guys very knowledgeable and friendly I will definitely be my go to store and range greatly appreciate the welcoming feeling highly recommended
