From the moment I walked in, I noticed how busy the store was with customers being helped. I expected to wait a while, but within 15 seconds Eric called out and was ready to assist me. I let him know I was there to pick up my NFA item, and he made the entire process smooth and easy. The customer service was excellent, and Eric also shared valuable advice and information about upcoming classes for safe firearm handling. I also want to recognize Richard by name. He assisted me in certifying my NFA item via remote and made the process very smooth. He guided me step by step, explained in detail what was happening, and had my item certified in no time. Thank you, Richard, for delivering great quality customer service. A big thank you to Eric, Richard, and the rest of the Sportsman Elite team for making my very first experience here such a positive one. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly set the tone, and I’ll definitely be back!
