Good place to shoot. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a good selection of guns, ammo, and accessories.

My "Basic Handgun" instruction from Chris Jones was very helpful & informative. I can't wait to see what more I can learn from "Defensive 1".

Staff is pretty chill and helpful. The gun range itself is nicely built. Definitely will visit again.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable service

I came into the store to pick up a firearm I purchased online. The instructions in the email stated: “Pickup Details: Bring this email to the store you placed your order. Find an associate and tell them you have an online order to pickup. Show the associate this e-mail” I went to the store and told the short haired female I assume, (or male I’m not sure) I was there to pick up a firearm in which she asked if they gave me a call. I proceeded to tell her I received an email and attempted to show her the email when she cut me off and asked me if I received a phone call in a very rude manner. I said I get many calls and I do not answer the phone from unknown numbers, she replied “You bought a firearm and decided not to answer the phone?”. I remained calm and another associate stepped in immediately and was able to get my firearm from the back. The lady refused to give me my firearm which I fully paid for in advance. The lady continued on with her day being rude and ignorant. Do not go to this location, I drive an extra 30mins to go to the North Richland Hills location, they’re much more professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Very friendly people. Feel welcomed every time I visit.
