The gentlemen at The Whitten location were very professional and welcoming. They were super knowledgeable about the various guns and patiently answered all of my questions. I joined the membership at his location due the excellent customer service. Will definitely purchase from here.

Went in and bought range time and a 50 box of ammo with my 10 yr old and we were swapped ranges to accommodate my daughter being shown and allowed to avoid the excessive noise of other rifles. I appreciate that out of this place but on swapping ranges I left the 50 ct box of ammo in the prior range before being swapped. On asking staff approx 10 mins after this ammo being left in my prior range I was told they didn’t see anything. This is quite worrying considering other people bring their personal arms here, what if this wasn’t just a 40$ box of ammo…ruined an otherwise eventful and biding day with my daughter. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I went there with my fiancé and we had a great time at the range. Everyone there is so helpful and kind. They gave us helpful tips and overall very chill. They had a variety of options to choose from if you are looking to purchase. I will most definitely recommend

Kinda dumb that you need an Illinois issued FOID card for a RENTAL. Just because I live in IL. It’s even in the name, “Firearm OWNERS Identification.” Don’t waste your money on these snakes. Isn’t it based in TN? They just took my money and never issued a refund.

Staff is excellent. Knowledgeable of firearms, professional, courteous and put customers first. Facilities are top shelf. Safety in the range is 100%.

We visited and had a lesson with John he was a great teacher so friendly and helpful ! All the staff there were so friendly and kind, we really had the best time. Thank you !:)
