While I've had good experiences with the employees for the most part , the range price and firearm prices are some of the , if not the highest prices in Knoxville.
My time at Range USA. I had just purchased a M1A with 308 Winchester ammo. I was needing a place to handle this big boy. Range USA came through! Not only that, the staff was friendly and helpful! The facility is wonderfully designed, clean, and organized! The web site is well designed and easy to navigate. I will be using Range USA over and over again! I sure hope you have a location in Maryville some day. But the Knoxville location is a easy drive from my home. I wish Range USA much continued success!
This establishment will definitely come to piss you off!... they claim to be a Silencer Shop Dealership.. but they will FAIL to tell you that "the machine is a little wonky" which means; it doesnt work at all, and will likely suck several hours of your time before you find it wont work...they know this at this establishment, but don't have the courtesy to tell you, or maybe they just dont respect the consumer! either way, save yourself the trouble and mosy on up CrossRoads where they actually respect the hardearned customer...this place can't even manage their membership... So yeah. less than a star.

I was searching for a local shooting range and found Range USA Knoxville at 620 Corporate Point Way, Knoxville, TN 37932. I booked an Enhanced Carry Class the night before and was really excited to attend. Unfortunately, the next morning an unexpected family crisis came up, and I had no choice but to cancel. I immediately sent an email asking to cancel or at least rebook my class. I received a ticket number and was told to wait a few days for a reply. After waiting, I finally heard back from corporate only to be told they would not refund or reschedule because I didn’t give 24 hours’ notice. I was frustrated and disappointed. Life happens, and sometimes things are out of our control. Instead of understanding my situation, they stuck to a strict rule and I ended up losing $80 for nothing. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to Range USA, and I cannot recommend anyone to do business with them.
Practice, practice, practice makes perfect.
