Welcoming place and friendly assistance

Used to come a lot, however the other day I took a small group shooting and a couple workers gave us a hard time. We were misinformed and felt like we were not welcome. A few people here are cool, I just could not recommend anyone going here anymore. This review will likely get swallowed but the treatment to my group ruined the experience for several young shooters and a couple vowed to never shoot again. One even sold their gun that day due to the poor customer service at the range. Sad my ties there are done. Edit: The manager called one of my group members that went that day and said they were going to “talk” to the employees but sounded disingenuous, and said the person who gave us the most grief said he was trying to help which is a bold face lie. After personally talking to the manager at Gary’s, calm and collected, I now wish I could give -3 stars but I can’t. He sounded very disinterested in our conversation on the incident, and said he didn’t want to talk about it further, backing the poor attitudes. I know several people who have now told me they get cold feelings at Gary’s as well. All in all, a few employees there are cool but this was a waste of time and money, which I didn’t get back after being there for possibly 15 minutes but more like 10 and we paid a full hour. Never going back
