Absolutely horrible that I paid for a archery range membership that is completely useless since Christmas I have tried 14-15 times to get into the range only to be turned away due to classes from a outside company taking up the entire space when asked if I can have a schedule of when the classes are I was told to just go to that company website and look ( I didn't pay that company for a membership) I asked for a refund on my membership only to be told no and given times written on the back of a torn receipt of when classes are so I pay for a yearly range membership only to be able to use the range maybe 3 days a week. Go in this evening (no classes on Friday according to the little paper) and range is full with a class . I used to love PSA and purchased my bow there but that useless membership I got talked into is the last thing I will ever buy there

It's a gun store and gun range that you can't buy guns at and can't shoot guns at. I'm 46$ poorer from a visit where I couldn't buy a gun at the gun store. Or shoot a gun at their range. I was in the gun range maybe 5 minutes. There is a target hanging with no holes in it. The lane and rental were full price. The rental went back into the case for the next person after showing them the light strikes it produced. I was there to get a new shooter started. They will probably never go back. It's not a good way to expand the customer base. I attempted to buy a firearm, but the serial of the weapon and the box don't match. They have to resolve their inventory issue first. So, no gun for me. The range experience is ok when I supply everything myself. The rentals just don't work for more than a year of trying. It doesn't matter that you cannot shoot it. The rental is always full price. This is probably the only reason I don't own any 5.7 handguns. None of theirs will work through a whole magazine. The background checks here are incredibly slow compared to other stores. I recently tried to purchase a gun, but the serial number didn't match the container. Not sure how their inventories are managed. but something is off. On the same day I was purchasing guns for a competition. I waited over 2 hours on a check from PSA. AmChar got a response in less than 10 mintues. I keep stopping in due to proximity, I just wont learn I guess.

Unfortunately, Pete, the meathead behind the counter today, and his horrible attitude make it hard to appreciate the collection here. Luckily there's gun shops everywhere so there's no need to put up with manchild behavior.

Thanks to Brian at PSA Summerville! I let Brian know I needed a couple good value rigs for inshore saltwater fishing with my grandsons. Brian set me up with two great Shimano saltwater rigs with 20# braid. We caught and released about 20 bluefish, croakers and whiting at Folly beach pier. Great time. Thanks Brian!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I stood at the archery counter for over 35 minutes and was never acknowledged. The employee was helping only one other customer. Not busy at all, but apparently way too busy to even speak to or acknowledge me. Even to say something as simple as "I'll be with you soon." This is really unfortunate because I bought a pistol from this company when I lived in a different state and have been super pleased with that firearm. Now, having been in the store, I have a different opinion of the company. After not being acknowledged for so long in the archery department, I wandered the rest of the store and still NOT A SINGLE employee acknowledged me or asked if they could help with anything. It's not even busy. They are all just talking to each other. Disappointed. Likely will not return.

Came in on a busy Saturday afternoon to purchase my first gun. They were short staffed but you would have never known that with the help of Anthony and Hector. I was pointed in the right direction of exactly what I was looking for. They helped me from start to finish and made sure that I got everything I needed. 5 stars for the both of them!

I typically enjoy shopping here. I recently bought a $50 t-shirt as a gift but it didn’t fit. I know I should have kept it, but I threw the receipt away. Usually stores will accept return items if you have the credit card used at purchase. I was promptly turned down without any reason other than “sorry, I can’t.” The conversation was not personal in any way and was shut down almost as soon as it started. A little professionalism and kindness could have helped the situation. I have no plans on returning to this store any time soon, if ever.

The service here is horrid you can stand in front of the gun counter for 20-30 minutes at a time and you won’t get a look a nod Or be right with you, sir out of anyone they’ll walk back-and-forth back-and-forth totally ignoring you wasting your time I’ve been here numerous times since it’s the same every single time The only thing I’ve been able to get from them I had to order online and pick it up Guess I’ll just start coming In 5-10 minutes to close

Don’t understand how there is 7 people behind the gun counter but not one person can answer the phone. Been calling for two days and no answer just drove over an hour and was met with an attitude. Not a good experience at all.

Don’t waste your time trying to purchase a firearm here. If you want to be quick, drive the extra 7 min to Allied Arms where they actually want to help you. Too many times I’ve walked in here and the employees are too busy talking to each other than help someone standing right in front of them. My personal favorite was asking an employee for some help on a light for my pistol and I couldn’t even get my full question out before being cut off and being told “Sounds like you know more than I do, better check online”. I sound like I know more by asking you a question? Or when I asked if they had any Kimber revolvers and the guy blankly stares at me and asks “Kimber makes a revolver?” Save yourself from the headaches I had to endure.
