This place was so nice, it reminded me of being back home in the VA mountains. The people were also super nice, the cute guys even came over to help us learn how to work our gun. We'll definitely be back around.
I really enjoyed visiting this shooting range here in my hometown. The best part is that it’s free since South Carolina covers it, which makes it even better. The range was clean, safe, and well set up for practice. Everyone there was respectful, and it’s a great spot for both beginners and experienced shooters. I’ll definitely be coming back — can’t beat a free, local spot like this!
Range officers were very professional and showed me around. Safety taken very serious here. I will be back!
Cleanest and most convenient range setup I've seen in a while. Staff is very helpful.
The pistol range has target stands for each lane and is 25 yards. There are two rifle ranges. The first is 100 yards. The second is 200 yards. They both have a chicken wire fence at the end to hang targets from. If you want to shoot closer, you will need a target stand. They have a handful of loaner target stands and spotting scopes. If you bring your own target stand it needs to be between 40 and 60 inches from the ground. Steel targets are not allowed due to fire risk. eye and ear protection are required.
No help from the volunteers to steer you in the right direction but they sure come and bark at you like drill instructors when you do something wrong like some criminal. They just watch you from their little office.
Me my daughter and her boyfriend and his brother went there on Friday every one was very nice and kind had a great time 😊
