Kilo Charlie Shooting Range

Kilo Charlie is a small locally owned veteran business. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The business sells and services firearms. They have a pistol shooting range that usually has open lanes with no wait. They offer CWP training, shooting training and other classes. Being a small business, most firearms have to be ordered. Kilo Charlie is not a big box store nor does it have the volume of the big stores, but it does have personal service. So, if you have patience and prefer personal service, I suggest you go see them and give them a try.

The people that work at this range are so kind and helpful. I won’t name names of the businesses but I will say that two other places with a range around the area are always very rude and make my wife and I feel like we are a nuisance and not welcome. My wife and I both have concealed carry permits from the state that we moved from so we know and practice safe gun handling and know exactly how to be safe and practice safety. My point with that is that we are not some moron coming in guns a blazing and acting like people that should not be anywhere near a firearm. That’s why I don’t understand why so many other ranges have treated us the way they have. It has been a while since I have been to the range but today we went back to Kilo Charlie’s and were treated with mutual respect and kindness. We have always been treated this way here which is why we return and it will be the only indoor range that I will return to.

PLEASE READ ENTIRETY!!!’What was a really great experience retrieving my CWP with instructor Tenisha back in August 2024 turned totally left today. Because I had a great experience with the class , I decided to purchase my 1st firearm this year from Kilo Charlie Shooting Range. I ordered and PAID IN FULL for the P365 Rose 380 by Sig Sauer with a smaller/thinner handle totaling $1331.40 with NICOLE . This transaction took place in April and now entering September I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FIREARM. I’ve tried contacting NICOLE SEVERAL TIMES TO NO SUCCESS EVERYTIME. I was informed by MIKE , 2 months ago that the firearm was on back order. After not hearing anything else about it I decided to call yesterday requesting to speak with Nicole AGAIN and was told my MARK that she was available. He advised me to leave my number and I told him that I’ve left my name and number several times and Nicole hasn’t responded. I explained to him the situation and he began expressing what He Knew about a situation he “ didn’t know about “. He said he heard that the firearm was lost in transit and that the gun I ordered was a really nice gun that his wife wanted… and that Nicole was heading UPS to try and track it. He told me to call back and I did. As expected Nicole was “ unavailable “ and has been denying that she’s called me and left messages. I expressed my frustration with Mark and told him I would be there in morning. I arrived at Kilo Charlie Shooting Range this morning at approximately 11-11:30am and Nicole was MIA and I had a conversation with Mike . No one has a truthful answer in regards to the situation but I requested my FULL REFUND OF $1331.40 . I was asked if I wanted the handle and my response was No … What would I do with a handle and NO FIREARM. Mike text back and forth with some unknown person and offered me partial credit. I am disappointed and offended that Kilo Charlie Shooting Range would insult my intelligence by thinking I would walk without what I paid and that would be sufficient. This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS !!!! I AM taking the necessary measures to get my FULL REFUND . SKETCHY BUSINESS GOING ON AT KILO CHARLIE SHOOTING RANGE.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming as we were 1st timers at the range. The owner is very passionate in their purpose of safety and protection and that showed.
