They have decent sale prices on items but their shipping and customer service are terrible. 4 days after ordering something they still haven't shipped. But they charge your credit card right away.

I've purchased many items from PSA. They have quality products, but their processing seed is in the stone age!! I purchased a red dot sight last week and havent got a tracking number yet. Once UPS gets it, it will be another 3 to 5 days before it gets to me. Do better PSA, im starting to look other places to purchase my firearms, and accessories.

Created a label then sits for 3 days and say it shipped. False advertising!! I’ll remember that next time I buy! From someone else.

Prices are usually great, especially on PSA branded gear and also ammo. Some things can be sourced cheaper elsewhere. I'm happy with my purchases so far but I don't think I'll continue shopping here. First off the shipping is slow and costs way too much. Some things seem like a good deal but when you add in the shipping it ends up being cheaper on Amazon or somewhere else where I can get it much faster. There's also no threshold to meet for free shipping either. I'm also annoyed that I was prompted to make a new account to receive a 10% off coupon, but never received said coupon. Also, in their email preference section you can enter your birthday for rewards. Well, today is my birthday and I didn't receive anything for that as well.
