I had a fantastic experience attending the Introduction to Handguns course. It’s essential to learn and truly understand the craft of firearms, and “Prof.” Derek is an outstanding instructor, who is patient, skilled at meeting you at your level, and excellent at giving constructive feedback that keeps you motivated and engaged. Everyone I interacted with was professional and respectful, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Thank you.

I submitted a review over a week ago and it has disappeared. My wife and I have been customers at the old Trop for over 5 years. We are range members and have bought many firearms there. We literally watched the demise of Trop over the last 2 years and were thankful for new owners. I am sorry to say the start of Freedom Armory in Elizabethtown has not been good. The range no longer permits us to book reservations as members and the gun pricing is way too high. NO ONE sells at MSRP pricing so we look at Freedom and buy locally where pricing is competitive. Hopefully someone reads this and you adjust your pricing on guns.

First visit at Freedom Armory since moving to PA. Zack is great as well as the rest of the staff that I interacted with. Excellent customer service. Management should be proud.
