As an Australian visiting America, I was made to feel very welcome. The young man and his father were very friendly and professional when they helped me rent a pistol and shoot on their very clean and spacious shooting range. Thank you very much, I think it was the high point of my trip to America.

Amazing place people are very friendly

I just left the E-Town Freedom Armory and I wanted to make sure three team members got the proper recognition they deserve. Erik H, Tyler Z, and Ziah M (Manager). All three of these gentlemen have a wealth of knowledge about all things firearms, accessories, and safety. On top of that, they showed great professionalism and truly treat their customers like family. I found a new shooting range home! I advise anyone looking for a new spot to shoot to come over to the Elizabethtown Freedom Armory! -Aaron Waller

Great people and great service

Trops is a JOKE! Talk about a turn around. This store opened up in the new location people were friendly and it was a cool place to go. Today just the opposite!!! They rip you off on trade ins, almost all the guys there act like they are special because they open carry, prices are not competitive, and they won't match every time like they say they will. No wonder they are about to go under. Creditors cut them off and the inventory is a joke compared to when they opened!! FORGET THIS PLACE. GO ANYWHERE BUT TROPS!!!

My wife and I have been customers and members of this location for over 5 years. We watched and suffered through the last year and a half of the Trop demise. We hoped for a fresh start with Freedom coming in and hopefully giving us a place to call home. The start of Freedom at the Elizabethtown location has been not what we hoped. The range is hot and muggy, not what we hoped for when paying for an inside facility. The selection of new firearms has been AWESOME, but the pricing is WAY TOO HIGH! We can come in and look and hold and then purchase at other local places for WAY LESS. This is not what we want to do, but NO ONE sells firearms at MSRP pricing. The staff is limited on what deals they can make which is so unfortunate. We are truly hoping that the management of Freedom makes changes to let us be dedicated customers of the Freedom Armory.
