Im a member at this range. I recommend Thursday Tac-Night if you want to do a little more than what is done on a square range (You must be safety qualified at the range, basically show that you can safely draw from a holster)

Been here a few times over the years. Always a poor experience due to the owner. You'll stand around waiting to get helped. I get it that its his business but to ignore customers because apparently he's the only one to talk, and talk, and talk makes no sence. Today we came in to buy 2 sporting clays shotguns. For 10 minutes we stood at the counter while he gave non-stop legal advice to another customer regarding NFA purchases and how New Jersey and PA and Federal law differ. I guess he may also be a licensed Attorney who can legally do this, but I dont know. The irony of this is we heard him say "im here to make money", yet he ignores buying customers, I guess because he values hearing himself talk more than the money. Similar experiences twice before! My wife walked out 5 minutes in complaining about how she couldn't stand there any longer and listen to him. My brother warned me about going there citing these same issues. Strike Three condescending gun store guy, we're never coming back!

Will not be going here for anything again. 86$ got a pew pew transfer that was never disclosed to me or the seller that came with me till the very end. Employees were rude and disrespectful towards me and my child. Will not be giving them anymore business. I would call first and ask for pricing before visiting.

Had NJ compliance work done by the gunsmith. Absolute hack job of a pin and weld. Also disappointed with the grinding job for the bayonet lug removal was left, as well as the brand new rifle being covered in metal shavings. They took the Daniel Defense magazine that comes included with the rifle and charged us for a NJ compliant one. It should be free, a 1 for 1 swap. Would not recommend wasting your time there or ruining something you spend your hard earned money on. Edit: Matt reached out to us and offered to make it right. Was very apologetic and professional. Reimbursed the gun smithing fees. Its unfortunate that the organization doesn't have more people that displayed the professionalism he has.

I went and spent some time on the range today and will be back! Great place for some range time. Dave was a great RSO. Yes you have to watch a video and the RSOs watch you closely especially if you are new to the range, and they do a great job! I’ve been to ranges that I didn’t feel safe at with other shooters doing dumb stuff. This place takes safety very seriously and that’s a good thing! I like the ability to shoot rifles and shotguns indoors as you don’t see that too often! Great place!

Went shooting at the range with hubby for first time today. RSO Dave was super friendly and helpful - really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had a good time. I see a lot of people in the reviews here complaining about NJ-compliant guns… well there is a store in NJ - and when we spoke to a guy at the counter about whether to purchase in PA or NJ (where we live), he very reasonably told us “well if we have to make a PA gun compliant, it’s costly but our gunsmiths can do it vs. just buying in the NJ store where it already meets your spec.”

Customer service is just not their expertise, came in this past week to go to the shooting range to rent a gun I was looking to buy to test out, I was aware of the 4:30 last call for the range time and planned accordingly. Drove all the way from Emmaus and hit traffic around the hellertown exit which caused me to be late, arrived at 4:31 and walked in only to walk up to the shooting range desk for a person sitting down on his phone to glance up and say “range is closed no exceptions”. What a turn off especially from an establishment that I was looking at buying a $1200 gun from. Unfortunately this is NOT the only bad experience I have had here, I wasn’t gonna write this but since I’m here might as well. Around a year ago me and my son who was 17 at the time were looking for a new pistol. We saw a pistol that he liked, so we flagged down a young (looked to be new) sales associate and I stated that my son really like this gun and we would like to purchase it, he then asked if my son is buying it or I am. I said he’s only 17 and I will be purchasing the firearm and it will be mine, he then said that he doesn’t feel comfortable selling the gun to me because he thinks it’s a STRAW purchase. Which was absolutely ridiculous, I explained to him that I would buying the gun, it is mine and I would be in possession of it and I’m buying it so me and my son can use it at a range under my supervision. He then stated he’s very skeptical and he had to confer with his manager, the manager said that it was fine and it’s not a STRAW purchase. There are MUCH better stores and range options available in the Lehigh Valley / Northampton area and beyond with a more competent sales team and better gun ranges. Relic hunter firing line is one of my go tos, near Whitehall, great range and store selection and amazing people. If your looking for automatic rentals and probably the best indoor range (it’s a good drive but in my opinion worth it) go to national range and armory in Williamsport. Such a shame that a range desk worker who could accommodate the fact that me and my son were 1 minute late (we are already in the system so we would just need a range lane, rental pistol and a box of 9mm) that they most likely lost a $1200 sale. Take your business somewhere else.
