Great range. It can get busy ( I really hope they add more SGL ranges to help with that. No R/O, but other shooters are good with communication. Pistol and rifle limited to 6 rounds loaded. That doesn't make much sense to me. I get that they gear these towards hunters, but most ranges limit how fast you can shoot, not how many rounds in a magazine. It would be nice to see these become more inclusive to all shooters. Before you go, make sure you read the rules and either have a hunting license or range permit. You can print the permit out right when you purchase it online, and then they send you a fancy green one in the mail.

Great place to shoot. Lots of friendly folk enjoying a great hobby. I come here often but do wish they would add a range for shotgun.

Well maintained and recently upgraded to include roofs over concrete pads to shoot from. Paper targets only but they finally found a good material to staple your targets to and upgraded to steel frames to hold said material (no more deteriorating wood). Rifle and handgun sections. Rifle area has nice stable concrete benches with rubber tops and target hangers at 25yd and 100yd. Handgun area has target hangers at 10, 20, and 30 yards. You will need a PA hunting license or range permit (or be a guest of someone who has one), either can be purchased online from the state game commission and printed out immediately.

Would’ve been nice if they posted they were working on the range and it’s closed.

It’s shot up but it works. You need to have a hunting license or range permit. Range permits can be found online and are good for a year if you buy them on the date they use. Instead of a year from the time you purchase. So just be aware. Not worth the game wardens giving you a hard time. And believe me they sit in their trucks and listen to how many shots are being fired etc so read the rules.

Clean and well-cared for. Warden makes a stop fairly frequently to check people’s IDs and range permits. An outhouse would be nice though.
