The entire point of the gun range is to have some quality range time. I could not experience that here. The pistols work fine. But the rifles are not zeroed at all and shoot way too low when using iron sights. Rifle also malfunctions and the owner/operator seems very inexperienced with handling weapons. She is otherwise very polite and attempts to be helpful. I do not think things will improve over time, even with her good attitude, but for now, I must give this rating because this site has been active for a while and nothing has changed. Based on these things I must also question the validity of the lessons they offer.

I’ve been a member at Elite for the past year, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Jody and her team are extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with. The facility is well-run, and it’s clear they’re committed to safety and customer satisfaction. I have an annual membership and always look forward to getting some range time in. I’m especially excited to start some instruction with Jody soon—I’ve heard excellent things. Highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for a top-quality range and training experience.

Booked a date night on Friday with my husband from 6 to 7. I showed up at 6:08 due to the location and entrance being a little bit confusing. The door was locked. A few minutes later the owner came out and said that she decided she wanted to go to a seminar. She asked me to come back but I said I would not want to come back. She asked why and I said I think 10 minutes late is reasonable for the first time coming here. She said “remember we said to be here at 6:00”. That was not what was said. It was said to me that we have booked from 6 -7. It would also stand to reason that she would have called my number, which she had before impulsively deciding to go to a seminar.

I would strongly encourage anyone interested in patronizing Elite to find another gun store/range.. It took 3 months of me calling and visiting in person to get them to begin the Form 4 paperwork even though the suppressor was shipped to them within 2 weeks of purchase and I had completed the fingerprints and paperwork on my end promptly. Once the final paperwork was e signed with Jody it was another full month before she submitted it to the ATF. I had the feeling that since I did not purchase the item from them that I was not a priority. To add insult to injury I was charged a $100 transfer fee. Their range fees are high ($35 one time registration fee) and you can only use their marked up ammo. They will nickle and dime every which way. Overall I am not satisfied whatsoever with my experience here. True shame too as I'd rather spend my money with a small business than a corporate establishment but in the future I will be going to someone more experienced and attentive in their business handling. P.S. Jody's response below is all you need to know about how business is handled here. Read some other responses to reviews as well, it's nothing but blame shifting and excuses.

I visited Elite today for some range time. This is a gun shop and a nice indoor range and while I used my own firearm, they have a pretty big range of guns to rent. I've been to many ranges and gun shops and the staff here is easily among the best. Marines know their weapons and there are two former Marines here. I interacted with both but mostly Rob. You won't find a nicer guy anywhere, and his knowledge of guns and real world usage is extensive. I will be back often when in the area for practice as well as to order new firearms.

The owner and instructor was great Very informative, I learned alot about guns ,safety, how to choose the right gun for women, I would recommend this place for anyone, especially women, I will be going back for private lessons thanks jody

Really great firearms training for women. Josh is a great instructor. He covers everything and I feel very confident now. Elite has lots to offer so check it out!
