Liberation Firearms Training

I’ve taken a several classes with Ken, and every time I leave with new skills that make a real difference. He’s super approachable and easy to learn from, and his feedback is always clear and really helpful. Even after just one class, I saw a big improvement in my confidence and accuracy. If you’re looking to get better and feel more comfortable handling a firearm, I’d definitely recommend him!

Went in today, 9/6/25 for an hour in the video range! The Shoot/Don’t Shoot training is so much fun! Kyle was a great Range Safety Officer to have! He’s knowledgeable, safe, and friendly! Definitely above and beyond, HIGHLY recommend.

Love these guys. Met Ken at the gym and told him I was looking for instruction; he started me out from ground zero and helped me build a foundation. And Kyle is just a pleasure to deal with; pleasant, professional and with a ton of knowledge. Always happy to answer any question. Just a great place; highly recommended.

We had the best time shooting! Kyle was so welcoming and fun from the minute we stepped in the door. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions! The targets/games on the range are also so much fun. We can’t wait to come back and take some classes. Thanks Kyle!

He brings an unmatched level of energy, engagement, and professionalism to every session. Whether it’s a one-on-one setting or a class of fifteen, Ken goes beyond just teaching the curriculum. He incorporates creative, hands-on exercises that make the material stick. My ASP training with Ken was one of the most intense and rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never trained that hard in my life, and I walked away with skills I’ll carry with me forever. Liberation Firearms Training is second to none. It’s hands-down the best place in Central Oregon for anyone serious about learning proper techniques and earning professional certifications. I trained with Ken this week on my new AR platform. He is a great instructor; calm, informative, supportive and to the point. In just 2 hours I was familiar with my new weapon and on my way to becoming proficient at using it. I came away confident and also armed with the practice drills to continue to improve. I highly recommend Ken and will be back to see him.

We got so lucky having Kyle as our coach! As a first-time shooter, I really appreciated how patient and attentive he was. He went above and beyond to help us out way more than expected and even letting us borrow his cowboy hat for photos! We ran over his shift by like 30 minutes, and he never rushed us or made us feel bad. Super grateful to have had him as our coach, definitely recommend this place!
