Great place to learn how to shoot a shotgun and smash some clays.

Incredibly hostile and super unhelpful. Just needed a phone to reach Triple A and was treated like a scum bag for asking.

It's an amazing shooting complex. Great customer service by a super friendly staff. A+.

Awesome experience! First time here. Purchasing a firearm and had to wait for background check. While I’m waiting a group comes in and I watch the interaction. They admit that a couple are experienced and a couple were brand new. Phil helped them and was very kind. He explained everything in a clear and helpful tone. Not once did I pick up a hint of the attitude that is so common in gun culture in my experience. They head out and I continue watching and Phil is making sure everyone is comfortable and most important safe! The gentleman I was working with was also extremely pleasant. While waiting we chit chatted and I thought everything there was A+. Keep up the good work! If I lived closer you’d see a lot more of me!

The gentlemen here were extremely helpful and kind to our group, who were a mix of experienced hunters and complete newbies. They gave us recommendations for game type based on our group size & how long we wanted to shoot, and even offered me some operating and stance tips for my first time firing a shotgun. They definitely earned some return customers, we're already excited to come back!

Well, we used to get great service here. My son needed to get some shooting glasses, his broke, prior to his competition. He tried desperately to get some help trying on/fitting new glasses, which were not cheap, he was brushed aside like a fly by the counter help three times!!. Shameful! So, he completed with basic clear standard shooting glasses someone loaned him. Mid-Valley lost a valuable sale and future customer for any of their products.
