I was in the market for a new gun, so I called to ask a couple of questions regarding the type of gun I wanted. I was told to “come up there and find out”, so since answering questions over the phone was quite an inconvenience to the employee, I decided to “come up” to another gun shop and give them my business. 🙂 After the reading the owner’s response, I too am glad that I went somewhere else. Especially since I was gaslit by the owner after sharing my experience with this business.

My son and I took a firearms training course with Preston. It was awesome. My son has never fired a gun and it’s been 20+ years for myself. It was great for both of us, educational and fun.

Awesome service. Did not get the guy's name but will get his name when I'm here for my class. Nice range to practice, and a great selection of product

So first of all I was told the incorrect information regarding the gun I purchased, when I went home and looked up the model number I called back and told them to change if for the one I actually wanted. They were still in the process of filing my paperwork for the background check and still had the shotgun. They charged me $100, $40 for the price of the second gun and $60 to re-file the back ground check. This is ridiculous, and the gun was $300 more than what it was online from any other dealer. They pretend to give you a deal with the 1 year membership but this is a joke. When I came in and asked for a box of .22 (40ct) and 9mm (60ct) they charged me $85. This is especially insane because the box seemed new but they were home made bullets that were horrible and the first shot damaged my gun and stuck in the chamber since it split the jacket and did not fire straight. It hit me with all kinds of debris. I have never been afraid to fire my .22 and it has never had this type of issue. I shot 4 rounds with my 9mm and decided to stop damaging my gun by shooting this crap and leave. When looking at the bullets I found that they were aluminum and copper mixed. This brings me to the last issue, which is the people. They are rude, condescending and are only there to cheat you out of money. The guy who gave me my receipt threw my receipt at me as I held my hand out. It hit the top of the counter and fell to the floor. When I picked it up, he said "oh no this one is yours" and threw the second one at me. I will never in my life set foot back in this place, it was a waste of time and money and advise no-one ever purchase a gun from this place you will regret it once you see what the guns are actually worth. I left a review once but now I have had more interaction and will never again be back. Keep my one year membership, I can go elsewhere and shoot. Oh to update the review. I found that the employees who charged me for refiling the background check, which never in my life have i ever been charged after buying many guns, and who threw my reciepts at me hitting the floor, was the OWNER. Garbage place stay away especially if you plan on buying ammunition from this place. Its the worst, most dirty, dangerous, poorly made ammunition I have ever seen. Im surprised they are even allowed to sell this crap. Final issue is they have employees litterally standing around doing nothing. After you shoot they will hand you a bucket to tell you to pick up your shell casings that are all over the place. Not a broom or dustpan but manually find and deposit the shells for them to re use and sell... not just have one of your lazy employees sweep them up off the concrete floor. I am not picking up my jackets after your employee shoves a little bucket ant me demanding I pick them up in a manner that was so rude i was shaking. I have no clue how this place remains in business. This place should not be allowed to continue operating. You will be dissappointed in all aspects of this business from rude staff to pricing you will regret comming here. I do, look at his responses to people who have issues with the place and you can see why the place is so horrible

Booked a team building event here and it was awesome. Our instructor was very knowledgeable. We had 8 people of all skill levels and everyone enjoyed it. 2 hours long and it was worth every penny!
